These points are connected, and color coding indicates deviations from the reference technique. This allows for precise monitoring of crucial musculoskeletal aspects like elbow flexion, shoulder alignment, and pelvic positioning.

Artificial intelligence

AI, along with high-precision neural networks, analyzes videos of users performing exercises to detect musculoskeletal disorders across the 67 key points and 600 body parameters. It also assesses the severity of each disorder on a scale from low to critical. Additionally, AI is used to generate diagnostic reports in PDF format and mobile applications. These reports include detailed descriptions of detected deviations, associated health risks, and recommendations from certified functional coaches.

Machine learning

ML aids in generating personalized health improvement training programs. These programs are tailored to the user's musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, lifestyle, age, and weight. By leveraging ML algorithms, the system continuously refines and updates these programs based on user feedback and progress.

Sensor technology

The integration of sensor technology enables real-time monitoring of musculoskeletal performance during exercises. The application can connect to wearable devices such as smartwatches or motion sensors embedded in clothing to gather relevant biomechanical data.
